ATOM SILVERTHORNE BENCHMARKS
After the boom created by this processor, all notebook companies are ready to launch class centrino atom later this year. Just one problem is that there ain’t any data available about the frequency other details of this processor. But @ CeBIT 2008 . Processor operated at 1.6 GHz frequency , equipped with 512 KB cache in the second level and support 533 MHz system bus Was spotted by XTREVIEW people & here are some benchies of the processor.

9600GT SLi Benchmarks , BEWARE( 3870X2) ! ! !
Well after the launch of the 3870X2 card weeks ago , there was a much hype over it , to be the best card available which gives a kickass performance . But hey , It seems like everything in vain . I just looked ohe benchies for comparison of the 9600SLI & 3870X2. The 1st benchies i.e 3D marks were showing below par performance for the 9600Gt(Sli).
Which was making me feel sorry for the NVIDIA baby. But hey wait, something missing. I just kept refering the other behcnies. Then came the real one The gaming benchies. Well here The ball shifted to Nvidia’s court .Not a single game showing the 3870X2 better than the NVIDIA Baby.
So now after seeing these i am pretty much concerned about the 9600Gt SLi’s aboliry to kick the ass outa ATis ( so called) beast. Looking @ the pricing 3870X2 costs 470$, while the 9600SLi setup costs approx 350-360$ .
So 100$ less for a better performance , Nvidia wins the race again

What to Expect From Geforce 9 Series
There are a Lot of things expected from the 9 series from Nvidia Later this year.Right from the High End release like 9800GX2( the dual chip card) & the single Chip high end card 9800Gtx to the budget cards like 9400 & 9500.
The 9800GT will be the one having G92 chip & which will be sold as an individual product along with other cards. The specialty of this card is it will have a support for 3 Way SLi for which it has got 2 Mio-connectors. This 9800GT card is expected to be released in April 2008.

9600 GT prices announced ! ! !
the associates of the site xtreview have reported the prices of the upcomming 9600Gt card from nvidia. Those are as follows
9600GT 256 MB GDDR3 version will be costing 169$ while the 512MB version of the card will be around 189 $. As far as performance goes , its 2 times faster than a 8600GTS 256MB card, & the card will be easily overclockable from 650/1625/1800 MHz to 849/2002/2088 MHz. It will be announced on 21st Feb.

THE 9xxx Series Cards Announcement Delayed
Nvidia is Delaying the announcement of few of the 9 series cards, which were most anticipated in the upcomming few weeks,
The 1st one is geforce 9600 GT which is delayed from 14th JAN ‘08 to 2nd Of FEB ‘08. The 2nd one is the big one the 9800GX2 is delayed till march’08.
Not only cards chipset announcement is also delayed. nForce 780a SLI, nForce 750a SLI, nForce 790i SLI and nForce 790i SLI Ultra, All these chipsets which were DATED to be announced on FEB’08 will be announced on MARCH’08.
