After the 1 GB launch from ASUS few days ago.We were sure that they are not the only one to launch such cards in the market. Bliss has came out with 2 flavours of the 1GIG baby.

The first is equipped with original cooling system with two heat pipes . The frequency may be 650/1650/1900 MHz.

The second graphics card has also 1024 MB GDDR-3 memory , but with simpler cooling system, and has the frequencies 600/1500/1800 MHz.

THE most awaited gfx cards are here. yes the XFX 8800 GT cards are available, as i was searching the web about the launch of the cards & their pricing in india. i came accross a site which is from a shop @ laminghton road, shop’s name is PRIME ABGB, they are displaying versions of 8800 GT cards,One is XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512MB DDR3 cost is 16160Rs,& other one is ,XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512MB DDR3 XXX cost 18200Rs,

Well these prices are much more than expected though, cause in US it’s available for 260$ (around 10K)so people will have to wait for the GALAXY version of the cards or till XFX drops the prices

As all of us were waiting for the launch of PHENOM’s from AMD, well it’ll be launched om 19th NOVEMBER as many of us might me knowing.

Phenom high end models will be slightly above $ 300as per the research done by the site XTREVIEW , however PHENOM 9500 (2.2 GHz) , can be offered at $ 260-280.

THE HT(HyperTransport frequency) of PHENOM 9700 will be 4 GHz , while the other 2 will be having 3.6GHz frequency.

I was just watching the TECH2.0 in CNBC TV 18 , the show’s anchor paid a visit to the Kingston company, & there he broke this news about the shipping of 16 GB flash drives,by the end of this year or the early 2008’s. There are 32GB & 64GB flash drives made my Kingston, but not manufautured due to some high production costs.So these 16 GB drives will definately give a run for the money for the portable HDD’s market,well i still am amazed how are they able to put up this amount of memory in small spaces. Well let’s keep our fingers crossed for it’s launch, & yes lets hope that they will be affordable
